The design of this website
On this page I will tell you what you all can find on this website and how the structure of this website is put together so you easily can navigate through this website.
In the right menu structure you can find the menu option 'Links' on this page you will find other references to the most famous model manufacturers, model associations or fellow model car collectors or model shops especially in 1:87, even car manufacturers 1:1 are not missing .
With the menu option 'Sources' you can see the sources I consulted for this site to put together such as books, magazines and websites.
With the link 'Contact' you will get a form, on that you can take contact with me.
With the menu option 'Guestbook' I would like to invite you to leave a message in my guestbook and write your opinions on my website.
The menu option 'Sitemap' is intended to provide an easy way to navigate through my website.
By selecting the 'Disclaimer' you will be provided with the terms of privacy and copyright.
The menu option 'Zoeken' you can use to easily search the entire site.
Under in the right menu you will find four logos, from top to bottom these are: de eerste in de rij is het logo van 'Scalemodel.net' een wereldwijde verzameling links naar andere sites die modelbouw en verzamelen als voornaamste onderwerp hebben.
First in line is the logo of 'Scalemodel.net' a global collection of links to other sites that collect and model as the main subject.
The second logo is the logo with'JKKM' through this link, please visit my website www.familie-kuiper.nl where various different pedigrees, photographs and documents about our family and our ancestors.
The third logo is the 'Namac' an association of which I'am member, it is the biggest club in the Netherlands for lovers of miniature cars.
The last logo is 'Statcounter' where the visitor statistics are kept.
In the horizontal menu bar under 'General' find: currently you are in the menu option 'Explanation website', where you will be explained how this website is made.
The menu item 'Explanation database' I explain how I keep my models in my database and how the link to the website is established. An overview which lists all there exist in the model and specifically for the model cars can be found in the menu 'Scales'.
The menu option 'Exchanges' you get an overview of what model car exchanges in the coming period will be held in the Netherlands.
Under the menu item "Collecting why?" is an article from the belgian paper Wablieft that gives you a good picture why people collect.
My profile who I am and how I've gotten to go collect you can read in the menu item 'Profile'.
In the second menu option 'News' you can, among other things, follow the developments and construction of this website by clicking the link 'News Website' . Furthermore, you can get the latest news from the model manufacturers 'News Herpa' , 'News Wiking ' and ' News AWM '.
Met de derde menuoptie 'Database' in de horizontale menubalk kunt u overzichten vinden van mijn verzameling modelauto's.
Ondermeer kunt u hier een overzicht vinden van de 'Gehele verzameling' die gesorteerd kan worden op verschillende velden.
Daarnaast kunt u filteren op de volgende velden: 'Fabrikanten', 'Personenautomerken' en 'Vrachtautomerken'.
De vierde menuoptie in de horizontale menubalk 'Themas' is op dit moment nog niet in werking, maar in de hopelijk niet te verre toekomst wil ik hier foto's neerzetten die miniaturen laten zien die bepaalde themas behandelen zoals de politie, brandweer, ambulances enz.
Met de vijfde menuoptie 'Fotos' in de horizontale menubalk wil ik u een visuele indruk geven van mijn verzameling en alles wat hierbij hoort.
Zo kunt u hier ondermeer met de menuoptie 'Vitrines' zien in welke vitrines mijn modellen worden bewaard en hoe ze zijn gerangschikt.
De nieuwste modellen in mijn verzameling kunt u vinden met de menuoptie 'Laatste aanwinsten'.
Met de schaal 1:50 ben ik ooit gestart met verzamelen een fotooverzicht hiervan kunt u vinden onder de menuoptie 'Het begin 1:50'.
Onder de volgende menuoptie 'Minifoto's' vindt u van alle modellen klikplaatjes. In eerste instantie kunt U hier de modellen zien op fabrikant, gesorteerd op Volgnr. In een later stadium zullen hier nog klikplaatje overzichten komen bv op merk en firma/instantie.
Rechts ziet u een schematische voorstelling van de verschillende webpagina's en hoe U hiertussen heen en weer kunt schakelen.
De laatste optie van het menu 'Foto's' is 'Diashows' hierin treft u in een onderverdeling naar fabrikanten verschillende diashows aan van al mijn modellen.
Met de laatste en zesde menuoptie in de horizontale menubalk 'Opbouw' laat ik d.m.v. grafieken zien hoe mijn verzameling is opgebouwd. Hier worden ondermeer verschillende aantallen getoond van fabrikanten, uitvoeringen, Herpa-Wiking, enz. zoals b.v. 'Aantallen per fabrikant'
